Service Holiday Treat 2022

PROGRAM MECHANICS:

I. All customers with Suzuki vehicles due either Basic or Preventive Maintenance Package.

II. Promo Mechanics.

a. Available to selected Suzuki authorized Dealerships Nationwide.

b. Open to selected Suzuki vehicles due for PMS either Basic and Preventive Maintenance.

c. Customers who come to dealer whether by appointment of walk-in are entitled to this promo as long as they avail the PMS Package to any of Suzuki Authorized dealers nationwide.

d. Service Invoice wherein PMS package purchase will serve as a proof of a valid raffle entry.

To be eligible for the raffle draw, the individual must fulfill the following criteria

e. Must have avail the PMS package provided with service invoice.

f. Customer must register via QR Code from the FB Ad to set their preferred schedule & Dealer to be entitled for a raffle entry.

g. Customers who avail of any PMS Package is entitled for raffle entry.

h. Must not be an employee of Suzuki Philippines, Inc., all Suzuki auto dealerships or any of its related partners for this draw, their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity and any other party who are directly involved in organizing, promoting or conducting the draw.

i. Cancelled or refunded fees will be disqualified.

j. Deadline of submission of entries is until 11:59PM January 15, 2023.

k. All employees of Suzuki Philippines, Inc., all Suzuki auto dealerships or any of its related partners for this draw, any other party who are directly involved in organizing promoting or conducting the Draw and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
Family member referred to in this Terms and Conditions includes but not limited to: spouse, ex- spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or First cousin.

l. The promo organizer’s decision with regard to the Promo Mechanics, winners and prizes, with the concurrence of DTI, is final.

RAFFLE DRAW AND PRIZE

a. 6Raffle entries will be generated from the online registration via google form accomplished by the customers. See QR Code for customer registration    

b. Raffle prize:

Minor Prize

- P5,000 Sodexo Gift Certificate (100)  

Major Prize

c. Suzuki will electronically draw one hundred (100) lucky winners;

d. A person can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, it will be disregarded. Name should be of match to the service invoice.

e. Raffle draw will be held at the Suzuki Training Center located at 134 East Main Avenue SF1, Phase 5, Laguna Technopark Inc. Biňan City on January 20, 2023, 10:00 AM in the presence of representatives from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).  The raffle draw shall be recorded for announcement purposes on social media.

f. Announcement of winners will be on January 25, 2023 through official memo to dealers.

g. Suzuki Philippines, Inc. reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winning entry. The date of the winner’s service invoice must be within the promo period and must not be cancelled, returned and refunded.

CLAIMING AND NOTIFICATION PROCEDURES

a.   Raffle draw winner will be notified by Suzuki Philippines, Inc. through registered mail, call, and SMS.

b.   Raffle items will be sent to the servicing dealer where customers can claim the prize.

c.   The winner shall claim the prize at the Suzuki Auto servicing dealer. Redemption period shall be within sixty (60) from the date receipt of notification. If the prize is not claimed within the stipulated period, will be forfeited in favor of Suzuki with prior DTI approval.

d.   Upon claiming his/her prize, winner must present the service invoice of the availed PMS, two (2) valid forms of identification or government-issued I.D (SSS, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID), and registered mail. If there is any discrepancy between the winning entry drawn electronically and the documents produced by customer for verification, the entry will be deemed as disqualified with prior DTI approval.

e.   Requirements of winner’s representative in claiming the prize – an authorization letter from the winner, photocopy of the representative and winner’s valid identification (SSS, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID), and registered mail. The winner’s representative must also present original copies of the same required valid forms of identification

f.   By participating in the raffle, the winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of Suzuki relating to the draw. The winner agrees that Suzuki may publicize the name and photograph of the winner in such mode and manner as Suzuki considers fit. The winner's name may be published on Suzuki’s website & social media channels.
